About Co-Founder Doug Aaron
Rev. Aaron is Co-Founder of Northern Lights
Paranormal. He is also a personal spiritual mentor and a man of many
talents ~ an EMT, volunteer firefighter, chef, and event planner; he is
becoming a popular wedding officiate for interfaith marriages and
non-traditional unions. He describes himself as a life-long learner;
always expanding his knowledge.

I personally welcome you to our website
and thank you for your visit.
When our team first formed, we were
committed to being scientific in our approach to investigating
paranormal claims and activity. However, as we gained more experience
and began to assist people and not just document commercial properties,
it was realized that we needed to do more than only investigate.
In case you haven't read our threefold
mission statement, the first mission we assigned ourselves to is "To
assist people that are experiencing paranormal phenomena and help them
understand their experiences". In order to best serve our client, we
need to understand the family dynamics. Only then, are we able to truly
begin to assist people. Our family welfare manager can offer appropriate
referrals to other organizations, if needed. Most of the time, however,
what is needed most is an impartial facilitator.
A lot of paranormal phenomena is simply
difference in perception. Likewise, a lot of family dynamic issues
center on differing perceptions. Open communication allows for someone
to experience another's personal perception. Families that have a strong
understanding of each family member are able to better cope with the
various dynamics in the home. It is also the starting point for our
teams to begin a paranormal investigation.
If your family needs some help getting to
the starting point, I am available to assist. Our concern is for the
holistic health of the family. I offer a listening ear. Or, I can
facilitate as a communication coach. Spiritual subjects are discussed
often when families are experiencing paranormal phenomena. If you would
like to have a spiritual conversation, our team may be able to help. We
have team members of varying beliefs. Personally, my belief is more
spiritual than religious and I consider myself to be a non-religious
Reform Jew. If speaking with our team members is not your desire, we
certainly understand. We will respect your decision to speak with any
clergy person of your choice.
By working together, our team can fulfill
it's mission to assist and help you understand your paranormal
experiences. We understand that inviting paranormal investigators into
your home could be stressful. It is our desire to conduct our
investigations with the least amount of intrusion. We have the utmost
respect for you and your home.
Our services are offered without charge.
We do not accept or ask for any form of payment for investigations. Your
privacy is always respected. We will never share information or findings
without your consent. We will give you a professional, friendly, and
unobtrusive investigation to the highest of standards.
As always, no investigation is left
behind without closure or without continued support.

Team Member Identity
* The identification program will become
operational in January 2011. Ask each member for
government issued identification and contact a Co-Founder for
verification.
Each team member is required to carry
identification at all times. This safeguard is in place to protect our
clients and our team members. Each team member will have government
issued identification and Northern Lights
Paranormal identification.
Verification is an easy two step
process.
- Please verify each team member's
identity by confirming their government issued identification
matches our NLP identification.
- Then verify online through our
website to establish the team member's active status.
A member that may have forgotten their
identification can easily be verified as an active member by examining
their government issued identification and locating their record on our
website.
A member that is not listed on our website is not an active member of
NLP, even if the person is presenting proper identification.
If there are any questions regarding the process or someone's identity,
a Co-Founder can always be contacted by phone to bring rapid resolution.
